If your Pit Vipers don't make you feel like a total badass, we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange your gear in its original, party-ready condition. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your face-covering technology.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate the Mission

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack the Goods

  Place your Pit Vipers and all original packaging—including the box and cleaning cloth—into a secure shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Slap on the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and tape it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Send It

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and wait for our team to process your refund or exchange.
